I think you should look in your own backyard. There may be church groups who would like to go to Disney together. Maybe, you could do a meeting at your local library to gather others who would like to go to Disney. Usually, there is an information board where you can post at the library.

My niece (late 30s) recently moved to FL & loves Disney. She downloaded an app called meet up that helps you find groups of people with similar interests. She's made a number of friends in the last couple of months.
