Interesting-we bought a new stove/oven with air frying capabilities. Have to consider that.

Yes, that’s why I did it - my new oven can air fry, and I’ve been getting wonderful results with other foods. So when DH said he just wanted to cook a turkey breast for the four of us, I knew I had to try it! There are multiple recipes online, including by Butterball, for guidance.
