Does anyone know the ingredients for the Creme Brulee Martini on the menu at the Meridian Lounge?

I made sure to make note of this as it was delicious but of course now that I want to make them at home, I forget. I remember the caramel and chocolate syrup. And I want to say Baileys was in there, but I forget what else.

Any help is appreciated.

I thought I had a picture of the menu from there. I'll have to check.

Just checked my pictures from September but no luck on the Meridian drink menu. If you don't get an answer, I'll try to remember when we cruise again in January.

Thanks! :thumbsup2 Once I had that first one with you guys, that became my regular drink for the last couple nights. I wish I had tried it sooner. I was even able to get the bartender in Evolution to make it down there for me.

Wish it were 6 weeks ago! :)

That looks delicious!!!!

I did find one from the Wonder drink menu for a GODIVA CHOCOLATE MARTINI which contains Absolut Vanilla, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, White Creme de Cacoa and Frangelico

I have seen a Creme Bruliee Martini mix I think it is by Master of Mixes.

I just did a search and came up with a bunch of different recipes for it. Hmmm??? Like, Dizzyworld said, the one on the ship was really good!:thumbsup2

mmouse37, now that you say it, Frangelico sounds familiar. DH and I were talking about that during the trip and now Im thinking maybe that was because it was in that drink. I'm beginning to think the drink killed a few brain cells. :rolleyes1

They made it as part of the Martini tasting on the Dream a few weeks ago but unfortunately I don't remember the recipe. I do recall that it was quite delicious as a dessert cocktail.

Alrighty-then...these are BOTH going on the list. I'm a huge fan of Frangelico. Add these to the BBC (Baileys, Banana Colada) and I'm going to be feelling REALLY good in a few weeks. (and will need to skip food-desserts to make up for those calories)

Did it have a hint of Hazlenut taste? If so, then it probably was the Fangelico.

We must have the same tastes because the BBC is another one of my must have drinks on the cruise. ;) If you could get the Creme Brulee ingredients that would be great. And yes, a few nights after dinner I was so full I skipped dessert, and then made room for drinks.
If you haven't been on the Dream yet, along with these drinks we also found the deck outside the Meridian Lounge on our second to last night. If you get a chance I highly recommend you go out there. DH and I had the candle lit deck to ourselves for quite a while one night(where that picture was taken). It was such a nice night! :thumbsup2

I can't pin point the exact flavors, but together it was worth having again. ;) A friend of mine is talking about having a martini party so that got me thinking I must find this recipe.

This sounds great. Do they have it somewhere else besides the Meridian lounge on the Dream, we probably won't make it there.

First Dream cruise coming up, so thanks for the info. Had definatly planned on checking out Meridian. I'll make every effort to remember to get the reciepe for you!

According to a menu I found online when searching:

Creme Brulee Martini
Grey goose vodka, baileys, amaretto, caramel syrup

Limone Basilico
Absolut citron, limoncello, fresh muddled basil leaves

No measurements I'm afraid but hey you can have some fun experimenting and then report back when you get it right lol
