To start, when I first joined, I couldn't use the same e-mail I log in to MDE (WDW & DLR) because I apparently couldn't register using an e-mail with a hyphen in it. I would fill out form and would immediately get an "invalid e-mail" error. I decided I want the e-mail I use for DVC to be my e-mail for the entire Disney Umbrella.
I tried to change my e-mail in MDE Account Settings. I got to the point where they send me a one-time code to original e-mail. I would enter that code but I would get an error every time. Probably because the e-mail is already being used somewhere under the Disney umbrella.
When I called Member Services (I can't remember which department I called now), I informed them about the issue to see if they could help. They said that it's an IT thing or something like that and it can't be resolved by myself so the rep put me on hold to get the situation resolved.
Unfortunately, they only partially resolved the issue. My WDW MDE is now linked/synced with DVC; however, my DLR MDE is still under old e-mail.
I can log into DLR MDE with the new e-mail; however, none of my tickets or reservations are showing up.
Any idea on who I should contact to get this resolved?
