I hope this is the right thread for this, not sure, kind of a unique question.
We bought thermal coffee mugs during our last trip in May, and since that time one of the lids came apart and one of the handles fell off. We don't mind paying a little extra for Disney products while in the World because they are memories, but expect Disney products to last more than the a few months, especially considering these were thermal mugs that did not get a lot of use in the summer.
Does anyone know where I can send them back? I don't want any special treatment, just want to let them know their stuff fell apart and that I am disappointed. We bought them in Hollywood Studios, but expect that there may be one place that I can send the mugs to make my point.
