Merchandise question

I know this thread should probably be posted somewhere else, but don't know exactly where to post it, so moderator, please move if necessary.

Is there still a Disney Merchandising phone number listed on the receipts? I want to let my friend, who will be there in a few weeks, know that when she buys anything to look at the receipt for the merchandising number and let me know what it is. It's public knowledge, right? I want to call and find out if I can get a certain bag I saw last time I was there.
