Merchandise Coupon with Ticket Purchase?

We visited Universal Orlando last September and are headed back there again this September. Last year when I purchased our park tickets in the lobby of the Hard Rock Hotel, we received a coupon for 20% off merchandise in the big gift shops in the parks. Does anyone know if I can expect a similar coupon this year?
