For those in the Midwest, the Disney Outlet in the Wisconsin Dells sells a lot of Disneyland merchandise at clearance prices. We'll be heading up to our lake house Labor day so we will stop and see what they have. I expect there to be 60th stuff after it gets pulled from the park locations.

The Disney Outlet in Aurora, IL has a lot of Chicago themed items from the State Street store in the city.

It should already be there.

60th anniversary merchandise started showing up months ago at outlets in the East Coast and FL

Are there any Disney outlets in CA to speak of? There use to be the AMS group that had one permanent store in Fullerton I believe, and they'd have stores that would pop up at outlet malls for a month or two. I'm always looking for these, but it's been years since I've seen one.

There are Disney Store outlets in CA, like Citadel and Ontario Mills. You can search for outlets on the Disney Store site. But park merch is extremely hit or miss. They can have 2 racks of tees one month and half a small shelf of merch the next month. I used to get pins, but I haven't seen any at multiple outlets, including trips to several states since the 2013 Candlelight Processional pin was there for the discount rate of $11. Here's what I saw earlier this summer: http://www.disboards.com/threads/disney-outlet-store-not-in-disney.3526562/

The Disney Store at Ontario Mills is mainly full price, but in the back does have a clearance section with sale items.

The closer stores to Disneyland such as at the Main Place Mall are normal stores with no special area for outlet type items.

I'll have to check out the Livermore Outlet and hope for the best. They used to have the AMS store show up in Tracy every few years with tons of park merch. I miss that place. I still have a very cool Epcot 25th anniversary shirt I got there. I'd wear it to Epcot and get picked by the World Showcase Players for their show EVERY TIME.

Alas, AMS lost their deal with Disney years ago, when Disney re-purchased the Disney Store's (operated by the Children's Place between 2004 and 2008) and has basically closed down.

Disney took over selling the items on its own, and at places like the current Disney Outlets.
