His name is Richard Thomas. I think he's been doing them for a couple of years now. It took me a while to figure out who he was, but once you get it you know that's exactly who it is!!

That's it! I could not remember his real name for anything today. I always call him John Boy any way. He'll always be that character no matter how many other things he does.

Voiceovers for car commercials are a big-money jackpot if you are an actor. Even Oscar winners like doing them, because the payoff is huge. The car companies prefer to use big names, and the pay reflects that.

I remember one well-known actor saying that he bought a house with what he earned in less than 15 minutes of work on a car commercial.
