I hope this is the right place for this thread.. I am going to WDW for my honeymoon, I have been looking at menus to try to decide where I want to make my ADR's.

Is the items on the menus a short version of the real menu or is that the actual options to choose from. My fiance is so picky he is a hamburger kind of man were I am the opposite I like to try differnt things. How common is it to find a hamburger at fancier places? I hate to think I can't go to Le Cellier.

Hi,

The menus on allearsnet and here on the DIS are actual menus. Some may not be 100% up to date as these sites only change their menu when someone sends a long a newer version.

Also, the signature restaurants tend to have menus that are based on freshest available foods and so theose restaurants change menus frequently. Most of the theme park restaurant menus have little to no variation.

Have you thought about trying one or two of the buffets at Disney? They tend to cater to all tastes, and have offerings that even the pickiest eaters would enjoy (not hamburgers, but some definite "regular" foods :) ).

Crystal Palace is a great buffet that got top ratings from our family (DH eats EVERYTHING and anything, while my DS is EXTREMELY picky, and I'm somewhere in the middle). We also enjoyed 1900 Park Fare for dinner, and Chef Mickeys was good as well.

For a good burger, Sci-Fi at DHS is fun....and it would be neat to cozy up with your new hubby in the front (or back) seats of one of the cars :lovestruc .

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! :goodvibes

Thank you so much!!! I guess I should concentrate on buffets..I look at the menus and I see things I know he will not eat. I am wondering if it was worth getting the DXDDP for us.

The menus have shrunk alot over the years...basically there is a vegetarian dish, pasta with shrimp dish, fish, chicken, steak and pork dish.

Kinda boring but the food is usually pretty good
