Menu's in Napkins

I am planning on making menus to place in the napkins at the reception, and it just occurred to me that the sample one I made might be too big. Does anyone know approximately what size I should make the menus in order for them to fit in the napkins. Also, I just want to clarify, the cummerbund fold is the one where you would be able to place a menu in the napkin right?

Here is a picture of our table with our menu inserted into the napkin. I do not know the name of the fold but I am sure if you tell them what you want they kind of know. If this is what you are looking for I do not mind if you email them the picture. I had so many helpful disbrides before our wedding - I made screen prints of EVERYTHING and brought them to our planning session - I am more then happy to help out any future disbrides.

The size of my menu card was 4 x 7.

I called it a menu fold and our planner knew what I was talking about. My sample menu was 5x7 and she said it would work.

At my planning session they had several folds and my planner called the one you're talking about the menu fold. Here's the one from our wedding.

Also, DFTWs provided the menu card for free I didn't make them.
