Since I love salads, I'm glad tosee the new one at Cosmic Rays. However, although I really like gelato, I wish they had pistacchio. That seems like such a classic flavor and so yummy-yet since BCV discontinued the pistachio flavor several years ago, I can't find it anywhere. Oh, well-might go there to try the salad. Just one question, is Cosmic Rays airconditioned?

Yes. Though that said, on our recent visit, we found the air conditioning at many stores and restaurants to be woefully inadequate on the really hot days. World of Disney was absolutely unbearable one day. I shouldn't have sweat dripping off of my face each time I lean over to look at an item - ick. And Pinocchio Village Haus was also quite warm. I think the systems simply couldn't keep up. Cosmic Ray's was fine as I recall.

I agree about the mayo. I think I'll stick with the tuna sandwich which I really really love .
