Menu Changes For Cosmic Ray's and Columbia Harbor House

Effective August 24, 2011, the menus are changing at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe and the Columbia Harbor House quick service dining locations inside the Magic Kingdom park.

Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland is adding:

1/3 lb. Angus Burger (unsure if this replaces the 1/3 lb. Angus Cheeseburger)
Beef Salad
Vegetable Sandwich
Turkey Sandwich
Deluxe Chili Cheese Dog
Gelato

Columbia Harbor House in Liberty Square is adding:

Baked Salmon with Couscous
Lobster Roll
Broccoli Peppercorn Salad
Steamed Fresh Broccoli

Thanks for posting the link. DH will be thrilled with the new choices at Columbia Harbor House. We'll have to try these new choices this weekend.

I remember when they began trialing the fried shrimp; we were there for that debut too.

Thanks fro the info! I'm interested in hearing reports of how the lobster roll is as that's a fave for me. I just hope CHH doesn't take away the tuna or hummus sandwiches!

My question is are these additions or are they replacements for something already on the menus.
Both of the restaurants are very popular with lots of folks devoted to the current menus.
That said, the new items look great.
I can't wait to hear from folks who go soon

That's what I'm wondering. With free dining going on, alot of people share meals to stretch their credits. I wonder if they are going to take the $13.99 1/2 chicken and ribs off the Cosmic Ray's menu?

Ooh thats interesting! I love broccoli and could eat it all the time...nice to know I can get it in MK at a CS location and the lobster roll sounds yummy!

We're going this Sunday and I mentioned this thread to my Wife.....she can't wait to try the salmon....though I had to ask her what couscous was Now, if we can just get our favorite upstairs table by the window with the flower boxes right outside.

Same question here. I hope the vegetable sandwich is not replacing the veggie burger. That would be a problem for us as Ray's veggie burgers (and toppings) are one of the staple meals for us at Disney.

I'm with you on the broccoli!!! My mom and I would be happy to eat broccoli here....BUT is this replacements? I'm hoping not. I love CHH tuna sandwhich and don't want that gone Here's hoping in 79 days it's still there

I read about it on the Touringplans Blog earlier today and my understanding was that they are all additions. In fact I believe it actually said 'added' to the menu. No mention of anything being taken away.

Staring at the CHH menu again I have realised that I may now need to work four meals in there in the trip so that I can try one of each of the new items on the menu. They are all "my kind of food."

Thinking about the lobster roll at CHH, can't wait to read a review. I love the shrimp basket but I'm willing to change favorites.

She tried to describe it to me but I think I'll just have to try it. If nothing else I love salmon and I can always sneak some fries off my kid's plate

We had lunch there yesterday. They warned us that the service might be slower due to the menu changes. I had the lobster roll and enjoyed it, but thought it was a little too much roll and enough lobster. Though I can't complain too much. It was priced similarly to other menu items. Other places that I've seen lobster roll on the menu seem to charge a lot more for lobster roll than for other sandwiches.
