Menu Change Request at CRT

Hello, Help needed. Looking at Planning a birthday trip for my DD and we are wanting to have lunch on her birthday at CRT but looking at the menu my DW noticed that so many of the menu options have mushrooms in them which she hates. Is it possible to request a menu item with out mushrooms?

She can request no mushrooms. I don't think it'd be a problem, but I guess it depends on the particular dish.
