Mentally Preparing: A Focker, A Croc & Waldo hit POFQ! Trip Report Link is UP!

Thanks Michelle! Nice to see you 'round these parts! ;)

We're getting closer...... I'm counting the hours now.....

:woohoo:  78 more hours to go!!!!:woohoo:

Stop, you're scaring me!:scared1: So much to do, so little time! Just kiddin', I'm high on adrenaline right now. Look at me, it's 11:29 p.m. and I have to get up at 4:00 a.m. yet I still had to come over here to see what you've been up to today.:surfweb:

Evan's hair to way to cute...mostly b/c there's a great story behind WHY it is what it is. BTW, he would be cute bald.:cloud9:

Ditch the Limo service and save $, then spend the money on your DMV fees...oh well. It all happens for a reason. This ways your car will not be impounded Whilst it is at the park and fly.;)

Is your check list checked and are you ready to go?

How is the weather down there? Sauna like?

I know you are all going to have a great time! We'll be think'n bout your whilst you are enjoy'n da Mousey!

OMG, it's almost time for you to leave.......is everything packed ?? I gotta hand it to you.....you are MUCH braver than I.......I cannot take FL this time of year (heck, I can barely tolerate the summer here in NJ....too humid---I think I need to spend next summer in the Artic Circle  )

BTW, Evan's hair is adorable......he'll be much cooler in that FL heat with that cut. :thumbsup2

The whole thing with the limo and your DMV......must be MURPHY's (if not his, then it must be his cousin, HAROLD) law. It was meant to be the way it is. Yikes, I sounded like a Haiku there, didn't I ? :scared:

Hope that you and everyone (including WALDO) have a great time, and I can't wait to read your TR and see your pic's when you get back. Have a great time !!!!
:flower3:

Hey Lisa!! Do the Wooo Hoooty Dance!!! :woohoo:

Is your check list checked and are you ready to go?
::yes:: I checked my list last night. I have about 20 more things to pack. You know things that can't be packed until the last minute. ;)

How is the weather down there? Sauna like?
The weather here is HOT and a little humid. I figure Florida is just as hot, and probably more humid. If I'm going to be hot and humid, might as well be at Disney! :cool1:

Yup.... isn't it strange how things like that work out?

Hope that you and everyone (including WALDO) have a great time, and I can't wait to read your TR and see your pic's when you get back. Have a great time !!!!
:flower3:
Thanks, Donna! I hope you are doing well!

It's update time.......

Hey, T, I'm doing a little happy dance for you!! :cool1:

:cool1:

I will say that I'm surprised you didn't buy duplicates of those 20 things that you can't pack last minute, so that you could have packed them in May! ;)

So, what are you doing today? How's TE and Waldo? Donald?

   3 more days!!!!!!

Have a blast & make sure you get lots of pictures & don't loose Waldo too many times. PS Is he out of the dog house with TE yet?

This morning after I gave the kids their breakfast, we tore down the #4 Mickey head from our countdown. Wow, 3 more days!! Maddie started jumping around yelling "Three more days, three more days!!!" I guess it's finally setting in with them. Funny, I've been excited since I plopped down the deposit.

I made my final pilgrimage to Target last night. I think I've purchased everything I could/would possibly/probably need. No more! I'm done. I've made my list, checked it twice and I'm ready to rock baby!:cheer2:

All I have left is laundry, the 2 birthday parties today, drain the pool, go to the bank and take care of a few girlie issues. So, not too much left.

Thursday night I was trying on clothes for the party tonight and decided to try on the yoga pants/sweatshirt thing TE bought me for my birthday. OMG! The pants didn't fit. They were soooo big and saggy in the butt and thighs. I can't possibly wear this. Crap! She bought this outfit in late May. There's no way Macy's is still going to have those pants. Well, I went to one Macy's and sure enough, they no longer carried that line. Bummer. I headed over to Sephora for some hair products and then left the mall, feeling a little defeated. Evan is not a shopper, he totally hates it! As I was strolling him toward the exit, he kept saying "No more clothes, Mama! Let's boogie, baby!" "No more Kohl's no more Macy's!!!" I couldn't help but laugh. :rotfl: Around 4pm I couldn't stand it, I zoomed over to another Macy's and sure enough, they had the pants and in my new size! Score baby! :woohoo:

I still hadn't heard about Maddie's transfer permit. So I headed over to the District Office only to be told they still had no information, but assured me that should it be approved whilst we were gone, we would not forfeit her spot and could take care of all the paperwork when we returned. Maddie and I left and I thought we should stop at the school and see what was up. I was walking in there with a HUGE attitude, only because I've been calling and they haven't called me back and I'm tired of the run around. Well, apparently, the school's office is being remodeled so the office employees are trying to get permits cleared and organize the office as soon as possible. I can sympathize with that, so I dropped the attitude. Anyway, the office lady was super nice and did admit they were way behind and that she could not tell me anything until Tuesday. Tuesday? Tuesday was her best offer. :sad2: I told her we would be leaving for 10 days starting on Tuesday. She asked where we were going, so Maddie told her "Disney World!!". Well, that did it. The lady was so excited to hear that, she told us that was her life dream to go to Disney World. She leaned in close and told me "I'm going to do something for you, that I shouldn't do and I want you to understand that I'm not giving you false hope. This could come back and get me in trouble, so promise it's just between you and me." Of course I promised, pinkie promised even. :teeth: Well, she gave me the paperwork to fill out so that IF Maddie's permit was approved, we'd be ready for enrollment. :woohoo: She also gave me a tip to put PM class requested and that Dewey is her cousin, as she would have a better chance of getting in. The working mom's really need the AM classes so they can just drop the kid off at school and then the kids goes to daycare until the parents get out of work. Hey, I'm all about helping the working moms out. :) So, Mrs. Pat told me to call her on Tuesday and she'd have an answer for me. I thanked her profusely and as we were heading out, we met the new principal. I thought he was the UPS man! :rotfl2: He had on brown from head to toe and was very young. But he was introduced as Dr. something. He was super nice and looked just as excited as Maddie. So that's a good sign, yes?

Let's see what kind of drama tomorrow brings...........

:woohoo: for Disney bondage...errrr...that sounds wierd!
LOL...is that the 5th WDW park they've always been hinting about ??? :lmao:

"Welcome to Disney's Bondage Land......for adults only !!!!"

Sorry, I just couldn't resisit....

Tracy, great luck in finding just the "right" person at Maddie's school to help push the papers in the right direction :cheer2: And smart thinking about trying that other Macy's for your pants......I had a similar experience at Lane Bryant, but my result wasn't the same. They discontinued my VSport capris in black, so when I went to the store to by another pair in a smaller size (for my Dec. trip)and they ordered them for me (in black) they sent me white instead, cause that's the only color that's still available. :headache: So, no new black capris for me......

BTW, what hair products do you use from Sephora?? I am a Sephora-JUNKIE (I just bought a Lorac blush and lipgloss and got a free bag of samples in addition to my normal 3-free samples....SCORE!!), and I always like to try new stuff.....LMK

Hey Tracy! No time to catch up - I'm haflway through Paper #1 - but had to stop by and say...

3 more days!!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

:hyper: THREE MORE DAYS!!!!!!!:woohoo:

(and really, by my clock, you're almost down to two. So if you were to fuzzy your way in and out of time, you could tear down that Mickey head sooner rather than later.)

:goodvibes

Here's to the 3 day dance:dance3:

I'm so excited for you!!!!!!

Just wanted to wish you and your family a :wizard: magical trip before heading down.

So here's the report from The World as of last week.
It was very hot all last week.
By friday it wasn't as hot, so that's promising.
It only rained once. :thumbsup2
The humidity levels were off the charts and my hair was up or in a ponytail (sans scrunchie;) ) the majority of the time.
I suggest shorts and tank tops for wardrobe, anything else truly is too hot. Don't forget the sunglasses. :cool2:
Save those snack credits for ice cream bars or anything cold.
AK is only tolerable for half the day or at night.

If you're doing the P&P Party, you can be there as early as 4pm.
Way too hot to dress up IMO, but can't go wrong with tiaras or hats.
If meeting Capt. Jack Sparrow is on your list of things to do, be there by 4pm.

The good thing is a lot of Florida schools start school this upcoming week so the parks will be less crowded than last week.
Hurricane Dean isn't anywhere near hitting Orlando.

You're almost there!!!!! :jumping1:

I will say that I'm surprised you didn't buy duplicates of those 20 things that you can't pack last minute, so that you could have packed them in May!
:lmao: I know, but I do only have 1 makeup box and stuff that I'll use on Tuesday morning and then toss in my suitcase. :lmao:
So, what are you doing today? How's TE and Waldo? Donald?
Today was birthday party day. All I have to say is "Thank God it's over!" :faint: Let's see.... tomorrow is drain the pool and laundry day. :laundy: Blah!
party: I have been reading along, trying to stay current. Have a most magical vacay!
Hey there, thanks for joining us! :goodvibes
3 more days!!!!!!
Have a blast & make sure you get lots of pictures & don't loose Waldo too many times. PS Is he out of the dog house with TE yet?
Thanks, Mel! :woohoo: Oh yeah, Waldo's out of the dog house. TE even bought him some chocolate popcorn at Disneyland as a peace offering!
"Welcome to Disney's Bondage Land......for adults only !!!!"

I'm a Sephora junkie too! I love all that makeup and girly stuff! :cloud9: Right now I'm hooked on the Jonathan line. I love the new Dirty Silk!

Yeah, FDM has me leaving for the airport in about 6 hours! :rolleyes1

Here's to the 3 day dance:dance3:
I'm so excited for you!!!!!!
Hey MO!! You're on the 6 day dance yourself!!:cheer2:
The humidity levels were off the charts and my hair was up or in a ponytail (sans scrunchie;) ) the majority of the time.
:rotfl2: Atta girl!
AK is only tolerable for half the day or at night.
You're almost there!!!!! :jumping1:
Ok Z, that one sentence has me scramblin' to my handy dandy lime folder. What am I thinking trying to attempt AK twice during the day? I really should be hitting AK on those EMH nights, no? Well, the ONLY night AK has EMH is our last night. And I have a dinner date... with a belly dancer.... and a DISer! :sad2: Neither of which I'm willing to miss. :teeth:
So then I hit the folder to see if we should possibly switch our Epcot AM (22nd) to AK AM (23rd) and do AK on the 22nd with the EMH AM? Would everyone be willing to get up an hour earlier? I think we'll discuss this on the plane. :cool2:

I know, changing my dates would totally throw off the stalking itinerary. I would miss you guys at Epcot and I would miss Jo at AK. I think I'll just stick to the regular plan. :thumbsup2:
