Attendance was relatively light-to-moderate. Rides like RSR were only 30 mins on the wait.
Bout the only thing closed was Its a Small World.

We go in less than 2 weeks and I've been checking the DL app periodically this week to get a feel for wait times. It looks like it is much less crowded (at least according to waits for rides) than it has been the last couple of weeks. Hoping it stays that way!!

Yeah .... that must have been a wonderful surprise for you.

We go in less than 2 weeks Hoping it stays that way!!

We arrive on the 9th also so keeping our fingers crossed. This is my favorite part of the planning phase -- it's the final countdown!! :)

Interesting, I have a friend there this week who messaged me that it is pretty crowded, too much for her (she has her kids, 5 & 2 with her)

On Wednesday DCA was pretty sparse, RSR standby started in the very last overhang before the loading area. Then I hoped to DL about 1:30 and it was wall to wall people. The line to park in M&F was about 5-6 cars deep and every lane was open, and they were running both sides of the shuttle and every loading area was packed with more people than could fit in each car. There were about 10 wheelchairs and strollers waiting on the ramp. So looking back, when DCA wasn't that busy, it should have been a clue that all those people were in DL. About half the curb spots on Main St were saved. The Tiki Room was packed. I could hardly get past Indy it was so congested with people (didn't help that some guy in a ECV decided to stop right in front of the standby entrance and text). POTC was posted as a 30 min wait but the line extended past the 30 min sign. FP distribution for HMH was over 2 hours away. I turned around to leave, ECV guy was still stopped and texting. Even in the penny arcade the lines to buy something from either candy case stretched across the store. I decided the one crowd I could beat was traffic. So I went to Sonic for happy hour and then home.

Wow, that doesn't sound good!

I guess the waits posted via the DL App aren't always indicative of crowd level. I wish the app had a current crowd meter.

Just looked now and waits seem reasonable, especially for midday on a Friday-- 1 hr for RSR and 20-40 min for most other major attractions.

was at DLR sunday, monday, tuesday. Sunday at DL was absolutely crazy after 11, 120 minute wait on space mountain and haunted mansion, 95 minute for space mountain, etc. Monday at DCA was nice, the crowds were very manageable, DL on Tuesday was much better, still fairly long wait during the afternoon but we took a break this day which was nice.
