Hello, all! :flower3:

Ok, so we have gone through Men's Warehouse for our tuxes, even though we have heard mixed reviews. Anyways, when we plugged in all our info into the system the salesperson said that we'd pick up the tuxes at the nearest FL location 2 days prior to the wedding.

However, when you go onto the Men's Warehouse website it has a specific link for Disney Fairy Tale Weddings and says they'll deliver it to your resort:

https://www.mwtuxonline.com/webapp/...isneyWeddings-_-WeddingSpotlight-_-SeeDetails

I mentioned this service to our sales lady and she had no clue what we were talking about. :confused3

I just wanted to know if any of you have used this service? Is it real? :rotfl:
Do you think I should talk to another store to confirm this?--Like a Florida location MW?

Or should I just pick them up? The only issue is most of my guys are arriving on the day that they suggest we pick up the tuxes....

Hmm, any input is greatly appreciated as I am at a loss! :worship:

It's so odd that you just posted this b/c I was just on the Men's Wearhouse website not an hour ago and saw that they had that page. I almost started a thread asking about it. I think it's a little odd, given the small number of Disney Weddings in the grand scheme of things, that they created a page just for that. :confused3 It must be new. It would be very, very convenient if we could get everything delivered to the resort. If I were you, I'd fill out the info on that page to have someone contact you. Then ask them what you can do. They'll probably be more in the know than your salesperson since they are contacting you about the DFTW program.

Haha! Too coincidental...I noticed this page about 2 months ago, so it could be fairly new, but who knows. I actually did fill out that page, about a week ago now, and never heard from anyone. So I'm just guessing I should talk to a Florida Men's Warehouse now, because more likely than not, they'll be the one's delivering it... :confused3 Thanks, Wendy!

We will be using this service for our wedding in Sept. I filled out the information on the website and they gave me a call. They were really helpful. They asked for the information of all the men in the bridal party and then sent that information to our local Men's Warehouse. We then went there and had all the guys measured and the tuxes picked out. Two of our guys will have their tuxes sent to their resort. They said that they deliver the tuxes that Thursday and they have til that Friday to make any changes. Since some of our guys are arriving that Saturday and our wedding is Monday they will pick up their tuxes at our local MW just in case anything needs to be fixed. They also said that they will pick up the tuxes at the front desk the day after the wedding, with the exception of my fiance, because he needs to hold on to his tux for our bridal portraits. All in all so far it's been a smooth process, and I called and made sure they received the info from our local store and it was confirmed. HTH. :goodvibes

Try contacting the Men's Warehouse in Winter Gardens

14748 West Colonial Drive
Winter Garden, FL 34787

That's who we used & we have tons of wonderful things to say about them. The customer service was amazing. They dropped off & picked up the tuxedos at the Broadwalk. One of our groomsmen needed a size change (not their fault just that he lost a lot of weight) & they made sure to get us the right size without us having to do the running around. :thumbsup2

That's the Men's Warehouse that's in charge of the DFTW now.

Do you mind if I ask how much it is to rent a tux and have it delivered?

My boys are paying $156.48 per tux (brown with all the accessories...) and the website states they do free delivery and pickup... :confused3 But I'm sure it all varies.

We only needed 2 tux's, one for DH and one for DS. I was paranoid that something would go wrong with the tux's so I got them at our local Men's Warehouse. I picked them up a few days before we left so I was sure everything was right and fit perfectly. Luckily my BFF was driving down so she took the tux's and dresses for us so we didn't have to fly with any of them. Anyway, I called the Men's Warehouse in Winter Garden, Fl and they were wonderful! After our VR they came to the GF and picked up the tux's at bell services where we were told to leave them. There was no charge.

The Winter Garden location is the one that will deliver to your resort. We used them last August and they were great. They dropped everything off at the GF and came after the wedding to pick everything up. We just left all the tuxes with Bell Services, we didn't even need to be there.

I've used the Winter Garden location of MW Tux too, back in February. I didn't mess with the website, just called them directly. They delivered the tux and picked it up again for free. Tuxedo prices vary by style, but they start at around $100.

We solidified everything with our Men's Warehouse here in Arizona and we were told, without a doubt, everything would be delivered and picked up after the wedding free of charge. to any Disney resort.

The reason they deliver is the store is not in an easy location to get to, it is in the middle of nowhere and they were getting complaints from customers who were getting lost and also on the amount of time it took to drive out there.

We are staying at the Boardwalk and our tuxedo's will be delivered 2 days before the wedding. They like to do 2 days minimum in case anything needs to be exchanged out.

I have a phone meeting with a rep in Florida on Tuesday and will happily report back everything to the boards here.

Are there any specific questions you would like me to ask?

We also used the Winter Garden location. What we did was went to our local MW and got measured and made payments etc. Then we called the Winter Garden location and gave them our order number and set it all up with them for delivery to our resort about 3 days before the wedding. This gave us plenty of time to check for fitting etc. This was perfect because my son's tux jacket was too small and they sent us a new one along with a new shirt that evening.

Everything was done through bell services and was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend doing this!!

Thank you all for the responses! I'm glad that this service has been used and successful!

My groom and the groomsmen went through Men's Warehouse in Winter Garden. They ran into problems, however.

If at all possible, have your groomsmen try on their tuxedos as soon as they are delivered to the resort. We had our tuxedos delivered to the resort, and we got them the day before our wedding.

The tuxedos were unbelievably mis-sized. My groom had so much room, they were able to make his tuxedo into a mock double-breasted coat. The groomsmen managed to have theirs nipped and tucked, some switching coats, etc.

The one good aspect was that Julie - the manager of the Winter Garden store - came out to our hotel the morning of our wedding, and worked with each and every one of our groomsmen, including spending a huge amount of time with the groom - sewing false buttons on his coat, etc.

We were told that we should have been able to try the tuxedos on in our local stores, and have them sent down, but our sales people did not mention this to us.

We managed to get a good settlement from our conversations with Men's Warehouse, but please take the time to have your groomsmen try on their tuxedos as far ahead of time as possible. Men's Warehouse will be able to work with you IF THEY HAVE THE TIME AVAILABLE. Since we didn't get the tuxedos until the night before, they were not able to exchange the coats for the men.

Hope this helps.

We got our delivered (our wedding was June 6th) and had no issues at all. They were there early, and our guys didn't even bother trying them on as it would have been a huge hassle. They fit great, and it was so nice to not have to go and pick them up. My only complaint was that they needed to be at the GF desk the day after the wedding by noon, so the groomsmen had to go back to my sisters room and change at the end of the night, which was probably a pain for them. DH did end up calling and telling Mens Warehouse they wouldn't be ready for pick up until after 1:00 (because my sister was staying at the POLY and we had to have them delivered to the GF from the POLY), and Men's Warehouse said no problem, so maybe if you ask ahead of time you can have a later pick up time, I just didn't think of it.
