OK I know about the zip-lok bags we can use for carry-ons . Can I use my toiletry bag for shaving gear and etc in my check-in bags.

I'm sure it's listed somewhere but can't find it.

Toiletries in checked luggage is not/has not been an issue.

You can use whatever container you like for checked luggage. Personally, I have become a fan of the $2 black toiletry bags from IKEA - they are much lighter than the leather Dopp bags I own and stand up to wear and tear, yet be replaced regularly if needed.
