Do you have a Sephora by you? We have one inside of the JCPenney and they are selling a gift pack that has sample vials of all their best selling colognes and a gift certificate for $50 for the purchase of the one you liked best. I thought it was a neat idea for someone looking for something new and different.

I did this last year for my husband, it was a great deal. After trying all the scents, he went back and purchased (free) a full bottle of Hugo Boss Pure. It is really nice, a very clean and light scent.

There is a scent that I catch every now and then that I wish my husband would wear. It just smells so wonderful.

A couple of problems....

I don't know what it is...

It is on men I don't know...so I don't ask.

And the men seem to be a lot older than my husband, so I'm wondering if it is aqua velva or something.

Yeah--I'm stalking men and their cologne trying to find something for my husband.

So far--after a smell fest at the department store...all the usual contenders are out. I thought it was Polo--boy was that not right.

I need to try again--but I need to bring my own stash of coffee beans.

I buy Tom Ford 'Extreme' for DF. It's expensive, but it's absolutely divine. I bought 'Bang' by Marc Jacobs for my brother's birthday (it's cheaper ) and it's pretty nice, too.

Funny story about how I found this scent. I work in a pediatric office and took a teenage boy and his mom back into the examining room. When they left I went back in the room to clean it up and the room smelled WONDERFUL!!!! A few of the other gals in my office noticed it too and really liked it. His mom was at checkout so I approached her to ask what cologne her son was wearing. It was the Fierce. She ended up going home and bringing the bottle back into me. There were only a few drops left in it, just enough for a spritz or two. That weekend DH and I visited A&F for the first time (boy is it LOUD), and picked up a bottle of this cologne. It is now my favorite cologne!!!!
