Memphis, Tn Hotels

We're going to a wedding in Memphis the week before Christmas. Can anyone recommend where we should stay at a reasonable price? Thanks everyone.

Where is the wedding?

Will you have kids with you, or just adults? How long are you going to be here...just for the wedding or a long weekend?

What's your budget, will you have a car? Any other sights you want to see?

Do you have a conceal and carry permit? (Just half kidding on that one.)

Seriously...I will be happy to recommend somewhere safe and reasonably priced if I can figure out which part of town you will be in. You can PM me if you like, if you don't want to broadcast where you're going to be.

Good Hampton Inn at Poplar and Estate (kind of mid town), and another Hampton closer to Germantown. There are several suite-type reasonably priced hotels in the same middle-of-town location on Park Avenue if your wedding is nearby. Do you know what part of town the wedding is in? Downtown hotels tend to be expensive.
