Is anyone familiar with the Memphis airport? We are flying Delta from MCO to DFW and have a 45 minute layover in Memphis. Will this be enough time? How far apart are the Delta terminals? Thanks!

Assuming your incoming flight is on time you shouldn't have any problem making the connection in MEM. You may want to familiarize yourself with the layout by looking at the map on Delta's site.

MEM is no longer a packed and busy hub. With that said assuming your arrival flight lands on time you will have enough time to go from plane to plane with little waitting (if any) in between.

Delta has scaled back their operations at MEM and is no longer as spread out as it once was.

It looks like there are three concourses that Delta uses and alot of gates at each concourse.:confused3 How long does it take to get from one concourse to the furtherest one (say A25 to C1)? Thanks!

I've made that trek more than once at Memphis for Delta connections. I am a very fast walker and it probably took me, at the most, about 5-10 minutes to get over to my connecting gate when they were that far apart. It looks worse than it truly is - not like a different concourse at DFW. :faint:

The entire MEM airport is about the size of the A or C terminal of DFW. It isn't a straight line either which keeps the gates closer together.

I wouldn't worry too much :-)

Oh thanks, that sounds manageable.
