Memory maker?

Photopass is free to use, but you need to purchase the photos they take for free.

Memory Maker gives you a download of all those photos taken (for free) by Photopass.

They also sell them individually.

So all the pictures they take with memory maker are ours to download for free?

Yes, it will include all the photos from your trip. There are timelines involved, but don't recall if it's still 14 days like it used to be.
Thank you for the info! I also read somewhere it was $149. But when I go to my Disney app it's $169.
Is there a way to buy it for the lower cost?

I'm not certain, but I think that's what it used to cost.

When we went back in August with DD, SIL and 3 DGK - I bought it so that "I" could actually be in some of the pictures - as I'm the official family photographer. BEST investment I think I made. We had way over 300 pictures - and only visited 2 parks and 1 water park!. Going back June 1-6 with other DD, SIL and DGD and have already bought it.
