Memory maker

Hi,

We got memory maker on our most recent trip. And I've been putting borders and stuff on the pictures online. Now I'm trying to download them and when I either ask it to prepare the downloads or go to my download page it says "connection timed out" after it tries to go for a while. Therefore I can't download my pictures. Has this happened to anyone? Anyone know what to do? Thanks for your help!

That's a good idea...let me try...unfortunately not working on both google Crome and Firefox.

Mine did that last year, i finally had to call. They were able to help pretty quickly...it was bc we had so many pics if i remember correctly.

We had a lot of pictures, it was easier for me to order the CDs for a bit more $ instead of trying to download all of the pictures and make sure none of them were missing. We also got stock photos then.

I called customer service twice this week. There were helpful and it was fast...I was expecting to wait on hold for a while.

I downloaded all 992 of my photos. It didn't take that long and I do not have a very good computer or internet connection. Mostly, I had to remember to keep going back to the computer to start the next set. I suppose if I had sat and watched it download I would think it took too long.

After I downloaded them all, I started picking a few of them to add borders to and I have had nothing but problems. It takes forever...probably a combination of my computer, internet connection and user error, but it is so annoying I gave up.
