Prior memory makers are showing up in My Disney Experience. Do I have to purchase a new one every trip? That was my understanding, especially when it was photo pass. If so, is there a way to delete those from showing up from previous trips?

Yes, you need to purchase it for each trip. It's odd that your past Memory Maker purchases are still displaying. We get it every trip (4 times in the past 2 years) and only my unused one for our upcoming trip displays. Maybe there is a glitch with your account.

Ok we are going to Disney Dec 1-4 and going back for MVMCP on Dec 8. If I purchase the memory maker will the Christmas pics be on there also?

You should be fine for the 12/8 trip on the original Memory Maker based on this, but it is not a bad idea to call to verify.
