Is the memory maker worth it? Is it difficult to get a photographer when walking around? Do you need to wait in line to get your picture taken? I know with characters you do, and ride puctures just happen, but what about random pictures and candida? Do they take pictures at quick service restaurants?

No pictures taken at any restaurant, quick service or table service. A mostly just out side of a few of the Character meals.

It is super easy to find Photographers. They are easily found and if one has a line frequently the next one up the way will not.

Ask every photographer you see for photos. Most do 5-6 each time, if not more. Do this even if you've already had one taken in that spot. They are all different in the end.
Ask for magic shots from any photographer that is not on a tripod.

We had a breakfast at Ohana (June 6) and there was a PP photographer walking around with Stitch. I was surprised, it's the first time I have ever seen that.

Memory maker absolutely worth it. They now include a video of you on seven dwarfs mine train. The magic shots are also a lot of fun.

IMO it's worth it. We found it was easy to locate photopass photographers. We would stop at almost everyone we saw even if they were close to each other, to get our money worth. We never really waited long either.

Totally worth it. However, if you're looking for for a PP to give you candida then that might be a little hard to come by.

... I love typos :)

I have seen a few other people talk about this. It seems to be the only one where there's a photographer inside the restaurant. Is it only Stitch who comes around, or are there other characters as well?

A few other restaurants with character meals have a posed photo before you go in and get seated, but the characters you meet inside have no photographer. These are Chef Mickey (pose with a statue of Mickey in a chef outfit) Tusker House (Donald character) Akershus (Belle in yellow ball gown) Cinderella's Royal Table (Cindy in blue ball gown). . . drawing a blank on others. I think O'Hana still has one in front of a Polynesian backdrop, but no character, and there might be another one that does photos before, but I can't remember.

As to whether it's worth it, the pre-purchase price is $170 and the price for purchasing individual pictures is $15 per download. So if you think you would buy more than 11 pictures, you'll be better off purchasing Memory Maker to get them. Rides that have photos are : Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, 7 Dwarfs; Test Track; Dinosaur, Expedition Everest; Rockin Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror. 7 Dwarfs and Tower of Terror have a short video that I think you can only get with Memory Maker.

It's easy to spot photographers throughout the parks, especially in front of icons like the castle, tree, Epcot ball, etc. but they are also throughout the parks. I have rarely waited in a line of more than 1 family ahead of us. Main Street in MK may have a line for a certain photographer, but if you walk a few feet down the street, you'll see there are at least 5 along the way you can choose from.

We have gotten some really fun candids during character meet and greets (where you wait in line to meet a character, not character meals). Especially if you tell the photographer that you have MM, they will snap away while you're visiting with the character, hugging, high fives, getting autographs, in addition to the posed "smile and say cheese" moment. I have not seen any other candid photos taken, like photographers just snapping a picture of you during parade viewing and scanning your band to add it to your account or anything like that.

If you buy it in advance there is a savings. With Ride photos and a few iconic shots you can make the break even point is around a dozen pics( indivisual photo cost vs discounted cost of MM). Character meets, rides magic shots animated shots videos and adding borders and stickers in editing we always have over 300 images. We go at busiest times and less crowded times and its never an issue getting pics or waiting. most I have waited was couple families for "statue" photo in MK. Along mainstreet for example there are ones every 25 feet. so if one is busy you go to the next.

Mickey, Pluto, Lilo, and Stitch walk around, but Stitch was the only one with a PP photographer.

Tusker House does not have a pic with Donald any more, they do the pic of just your family outside the restaurant. Donald is inside walking around now.

I did it for a trip with my sister. We did a short three day trip, made it to every park, and on all the major rides. It was nice to get all the pictures. We stopped every photographer we saw. We loved when we got photographers that could do magic shots. I think we ended up with 80+ photos by the end of the trip. We never had to really wait more than two minutes for a photographer, and those waits were usually in front of the icons.
