Memory maker I believe that's what it's called...the photos taken at disney? Can some explain how it works? And how much it cost? Worth it? Thank you!

Totally worth it! Here are some Tips:

1.Stop at every Photograher you see.
2.Take your time.
3.Check your look. Remove hats, sunglasses ,and things hanging around your neck.
4.Ask for all the shots you would like the whole family, just you, you and the DH, the DH and the kids, the kids individually.
5.Ask the Photogragher if they have a magic shot. There are several and you will love them.
6.Make an ADR at the Crystal Palace before the Magic Kingdom opens.(watch out for early morning hours)Dress the family to look "especially cute" that morning. Arrive early you will be able to enter the park before it opens. Photographers will line Main Street. There will be few if any other guests in your photos. Stop at every photographer. Twice if you come back down Main Street and find them free.
6. Avoid identical shirts in the same color. Your family will look like a big blob.
Similar or related is a much better picture.

This is our second trip (currently here!) And we have had mm each time. As of last night (second park day) we had 79 pictures. We took more today and my son did Jedi training. Well worth it for me!

I saw somewhere that it includes the ride photos, you know, the point in the ride where it takes a picture of you? Can anyone confirm or explain this please?

When I went on my first ride photo I asked about it being linked to my magic band. They asked if I had linked through MDE, I said yes and they told me I was good to go and didn't have to worry about anything. There was two incidents where we got off of ToT and they had someone there to write the number of your photo and I had to bring it to a kiosk for them to sync it to my memory maker account but when I got home all the ride photos were all on the photo pass:)

How do the photos link to your magic bands? is there somewhere you scan it under the photo??
Im not staying on site when i go in march, is there any way i can get magic bands before i go (im in uk) so can link or how does this work with just tickets only linking photos to memory maker etc??

You can purchase a magic band when you get there, but there's no way to get one before you go. When you purchase Memory Maker and you ride a ride that has pictures, there's a sensor at the point where the picture is taken that detects your magic band and adds the picture to your account. Without a magic band, you would just use the card they'll send you and go to the photo counter at the end of the ride and they'll scan the card in order to add the picture to your account.

I have not received my Magic Bands as of yet, but received my Memory Maker card in the mail. Out trip isnt until 11/21. How do I add the Memory Maker to our magic bands?

You don't add it to your bands. Nothing is on the magic band itself, it is just a way to access the information in your MDE account. If your band is scanned (or read by a ride), the photos will automatically associate with your account.

So I have myself, my son and husband. Can they get pictures if I'm not physically with them?

And can u have more than one person on your mde account? Say for example one account which would cover myself and my partner, and our 2 magic bands?

In the tips by a PP it says "ask the photographer if he has a magic shot". What is that?

A magic shot is a surprise that you'll see when you check photopass...so for example..you will be pointing down at the ground and in the pic, Stitch will be coming out of the road.
