Memory Maker worth it for couple?

We are leaving our five kids behind to go by ourselves for 8 days (whoo hoo!!). Do you think it is worth it to get memory maker for ourselves. I despise lugging a camera around since I always worry about it getting stolen/wet/damaged. Any thoughts?

We don't have kids yet and we ALWAYS get MemoryMaker for just the 2 of us. It's the only time of year we get pictures with both of us in them. If photos are important to you, it is worth it. We don't really buy any souveniers - the pictures mean more to us than stuff we don't really need would.

I don't know if this will help your decision, but I learned recently that they have a separate package just for ride photos that's cheaper. (don't know the details, sorry!) So if you were thinking MM for that and not the posed shots, it could save $ and be worth it. I have mixed feelings about if it would be worth it overall for just my husband and me. We got lots of shots of my daaughter meeting characters, and those made it worth it. When it was just the 2 of us, we'd buy a few PP pics that we liked, not do a whole package.

I think the answer to whether it's worth it has more to do with how many PhotoPass pictures you have taken than the size of your party. I have purchased it for two of us. If you like the PhotoPass pictures, I say to go for it!

It sounds like a special event to be just the two of you! I say go for it--- celebrate being just the two of you and carrying around less without the five children. Snap up some good shots that may be hard to get on a trip otherwise.
