Memory Maker stupid question

I was going to add the memory maker for our upcoming June vacation but the wording is kind of confusing to me. The terms and conditions wording sounds like it is activated as soon as you receive it. I'm sure that's not right and it's when the first picture is taken but I just wanted to double check. So if I add it now and have it shipped to my home will it still be valid for the trip in June? Thanks.

Yes, it will be valid. The only restriction I'm aware of is that it has to be purchased at least 3 days before the first picture is taken.
