Memory maker sharing question

Hi guys, we are going to wdw in August with 11 people. We have 3 rooms and are all linked up on MDE. I am trying to find out if anyone in my group can take pics and we will all be able to see them on MDE. Or do I have to be with everyone when the pics are taken. Every time I call Diseny I get a different answer. Hope I explain this correctly. Thanks in advance!

As long as everybody is friends with everybody else you will see all the pictures and anyone can use their band, but they can only be edited/downloaded on the account of the person who bought it.

I am not 100% on this one I can just talk about what we experienced. Since my little sister was 9 and didn't have her own account, I "managed" her in MDE and whenever she scanned her band, the pictures would show up on everyone else's MDE as long as I was friends with them. So let's say you are managing 6 people and someone else in your party is managing 5 people. As long as you are friends with the other MDE holder, everyone you manage should have their band work to scan pictures. At least that is how I understood it on our trip. Hopefully someone else can chime in to back this up!
