Just bought it on the phone and was able to link it to my disney account, but I don't see it in my disney app. The CM on the phone said I wouldn't be able to see it there, but the email confirmation I received said I would. Where is it on the app?

Also, I asked how to link my family to it, so when we are separated I don't have to walk to RNRC to get their pic, and was told I can't. I have to have my band at the attraction to get the pic, this can't be right, right?

She also told me since I've linked it to my account I don't have to go to will call and pick up the card. Is this correct? Will I need that card for anything?

Anyone linked to your MDE account can get their band scanned and the pictures added to the account. You'll be the only one who can download the pictures though. If you've got multiple reservations mark sure they're linked to plan and share in MDE.

As far as the card at will call, if it's linked you don't need it but it might be nice to have as a back up.

No. That's not right. If your family is linked in your MDE account, they can scan their band at the ride and it will show up in your account. At least it did for me. My SIL and my mom both scanned their bands on two separate rides, and I was able to see them in my account.

Also, I never saw it in my app. It doesn't show up there. You don't really need to do anything. You just scan your band every time you have a pic taken and all the pics go into your account. We didn't need any kind of card.

I got the MM yesterday for our Oct trip and it was automatically linked to my MDE . And I called because I wanted to know a few questions. The man that I spoke to said whoever is on your friends and family list should be able to take pictures all they have to do is scan their MB and they are set the only thing is I have to download the pictures for them.

How do I check that the pics are there if it's not on my app?
