Memory maker question

Hi, we previously visited in 2011 and pre purchased photo pass plus which included a beautiful photo book with our choice of photos. Is there an option for a photo book with the memory make? I am very excited as it includes ride photos, which weren't included in 2011. Where is cheapest to pre purchase? I saw it somewhere for $149 but can't remember where....
