Memory Maker Pre-Order and Character Meals

Hatis the latest I can order Memory Maker and get the pre-order price? And do they take pictures at character meals?

I think the latest is 3 days before your trip, for the preorder price. It says that if you order it any closer, some of the pictures you may not be able to include.

Some of the meals they take pictures at, some they don't. I don't have a list.

Actually, you definitely would not got any pictures taken within 3 days of purchase.

No characters are included with any of the meal photos that are part of the MM package. The only meal photos that have characters, CRT and Askerhus, are included with the cost of the meal so you get them regardless of MM.

In case OP was asking about inside the restaurant, the answer is no, there are no photographers inside during the meal.

The photo at Tusker House is with a character - Donald. The other photos I listed are taken at character meals, they are not with a character though which is what I wanted to tell the OP. If the op was asking about pictures inside the restaurant with the characters that come to the tables that was not clear (to me at least).

Tusker House is no longer with donald. We were there last week and it's taken just outside the restaurant with no character. Donald circulates inside now.

Hmmm, that stinks.

And yes, I thought OP meant just the pic they take out front. They don't have photogs that pass through with the characters during the meals. Those photos are up to you

Yep, Donald is now gone from out front. Good thing about that is he can now do autographs, etc.

I don't know what OP was asking about in regards to photos/characters. It wasn't clear to me either. I just wanted to mention, in case the question was about inside, not outside, that there were no photographers inside. Some people don't realize that and assume they are everywhere and opt not to bring any camera at all.

Just found the answer to my own question. lol! And the answer is that you can add it to Memory Maker (for others that may be wondering).

Bummer it's not with Donald but we'll get some inside with him.

Right. That's the entirety of what purchasing MM (instead of regular Photopass) gives you, in addition to ride photos. Photos done outside of the meals. Without MM they cost extra, just like ride photos. With MM, they are added to your digital collection at no cost.
