The last time I went to Disney World and purchased Memory Maker, I was sent zip files including all of my photos for an easy download of everything from the trip. I can't seem to find that any more and now it appears that you have to download each photo individually? Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I am being impatient and I need to wait a few days further after the end of my vacation?

Using the MDE mobile app, you can only download one at a time.

Using the MDE website, you can download multiple photos at once.
There are two ways to select multiple photos:
  1. click the grey check mark to turn it green for each photo you want to download.
  2. after you've clicked at least one photo, a check box labeled 'Select all visible media' will appear towards the top right of the screen.
Click the 'Download' button when you are ready to download.

Seems that it's creating MANY zip files when I try that and crashes my browser with popups.

Anyone able to download the photos in order from Memory Maker? I selected ALL to download, but it looks like I might be better off downloading by day! I was hoping they'd retain the original time/date stamp on them, but they all show as today, 5:04pm - the time/date I downloaded them.

Hope there's an easier way than downloading to my phone & then having them save time/date that way! I've got 200+ photos!

I'm on my Mac, BTW, so I can download more than 1 at a time :-)

there is no reason to create ".zip" files for the photos you get. they are in .jpeg format and are already very heavily compressed. Adding them to a .zip will save you very little space.

There should be 3 time stamps. date created, date added , and date modified. Date added and date modified are specific to when you imported them to your mac. Date created is specific to when the photo was taken.

Unless, Disney some how erases the xif data on the photo when they upload to their site.

@foodiddiedoo is referring to the zip files created by the PhotoPass website when you download multiple pictures/videos at once.

DSLRuser - I have over 200 photos, so downloading them all at once gives about 18 .zip files from the interface.

We have the same issue. We have too many to download individually.
When you download as a zip file, it crashes several times ( no explanation why), but eventually works.
