Memory Maker...or lack thereof...

I did not buy Memory Maker before our last trip. We had no plans to pose, so only would have ride photos.

I was looking at the photos on photopass from our trip. I put borders on a couple, saved to my favorites, couldn't download them. Tried doing each individually, I see the cost of the download, add to my cart and the save and close, nothing is in my cart . I also saw 2 cute videos I would like to download, but it won't let me do anything with them . Is there any kind of step by step? Or should I call theb photopass people at WDW?

Last time was so way - I preordered the disc, added the borders and boom!

It was just this last January. The videos were cute, but the main thing is the pictures. I just van' get them in the cart. I have a couple more days to order before they go poof!

I'm not sure what the issue is, but you should call photopass. Their phone CM's are actually well-trained (unlike regular phone CMs) and should be able to help. And hurry, because once those photos are gone, you're out of luck.
