Memory Maker Now Photos are all gone

Yesterday was the first day my photos were going to start deleting, but I still have a ton to download that deletes the next few days. I can't get them on the site now, it's like all my photos are gone.

By chance is anyone else having issues retrieving photos. I'm going to be pissed if they deleted all my pics early.

I'd give the photopass phone number help line a call. They've always been very helpful when I've had problems.

Yes call them, if you're nice to them they'll extend your time frame to download.

I have had this happen the last 2 trips. The last trip (Dec 2015) I was VERY vocal about. I wound up, because of various, problems getting 2 different extensions. I have told them I don't even want the extensions, just the time that was originally promised. I LOVE having all the photos, and I always travel with a group, so the cost is not too bad, but that is one of the worst sites I have ever seen. Slow & buggy. Sometimes I had watermarks on my photos, sometimes whole groups would disappear, etc. They'll likely give you an extension. I have decided from now on, I am going to download every day and then do my edits and download again.

I ALWAYS Download every night when I get back to my room, I take my computer, don't trust this system to wait until the last day or when I get home. Once they are downloaded, you have them.

The pictures from the same day don't all delete at the end of the day 30 days or whatever. Nope. If you have a picture taken at 10 am, it deletes at 10 am. Only if you have an AP. If you just purchase the Memory Maker or pictures individually it's 45 days.

That's never been my experience. At a certain point in the morning they all disappear for the day. I'm not sure when it happens as I've seen them there after midnight but then they are all gone at once when I go back.

I definitely had them disappear in pieces. Morning pics were gone but evening ones still there. Maybe it's changed since this was about a year ago. But I was not happy at all and had to get them reinstated because I was preparing for my download that day and pictures that expired that day were gone long before midnight. And more disappeared while I was in the process, right at the time of day when they were originally taken.

I don't usually mean to wait, but I spend a little time here and there along the way editing and adding borders and such. But we have hundreds of pictures to go through and the site is very slow to work with. And that's when it's not down completely. Even just deleting the 200 pictures that aren't mine from the Pirate Tutorial or ETWB takes forever. Life gets crazy and then all of a sudden I get the email that they are about to expire and I'm scrambling to finish my edits last minute.

Same here--I had over 2500 pictures from our last trip with 55 people. No, not a photopass, but a group trip. Every time I logged on there was an issue. 2 Jedi Training Academys, 1 Mad Hatter Tea Party, every child feeling the need to scan their magic band after a ride--it adds up to a lot of pictures, and it's a 2 step process to delete individual pictures, and you can't delete more than one a at time. Trying to add a border sometimes takes up to 5 mins. for one picture. I REALLY wish they would get a more user friendly site.

Why not just download all the photos at once and then work from your computer? It's faster, can be sorted for the different groups of people, and then you still have the original online that you can edit and download individually if you wish

You can't do that if you want to edit and add the Disney borders/stickers.
You can download the originals but you'll need to download again after you do any edits

Sometimes it can take 45 days just to get through the edits. The site is that buggy and bad. And that's working on it every day. Most people don't have hours a day to dedicate to editing pictures. And when it can take 5 or 10 min per picture that can really add up
