Memory Maker (no magic band)

Have a friend going to Disney World but she is staying of property and going to the park on non consecutive days. She will not have a magic band. She does have a Disney experience account and she has purchased memory maker. The memory maker shows up in her account.

How will using memory maker work for her? I'm just used to having my magic band scanned and everything is in my account.

She was asking me if she could link it photo pass now. I'm assuming this would activate the memory maker now.

When she gets the first picture taken, she should ask for a photo pass card. Any time she gets a photo taken, have the photographer scan that card. When she gets back, she will enter the photopass card number into her MDE and the photos will link.

She will not get any ride videos, those require a MagicBand.

For any ride photos, she will need to touch her park ticket to the reader below the photo at the end of the ride.

Some rides DON'T have a photo kiosk (7DMT & Frozen Ever After), so they can't get the ride photo for those. Not sure which other rides don't.
