Memory Maker...I NEED HELP

My time is running out for the memory maker, and I cannot download the pics to my computer...I have paid for the memory maker prior to our trip. Is the issue that I have to by the digital download to get them onto my computer? When I purchased the MM, I just thought I would get all the pics and I wouldn't have to purchase anything else...PLEASE share your who to's.

There should be a phone number for tech support for MM. I had to call them for other issues when we did ours. You will only be able to download to a desktop, I think. Maybe a laptop as well. They should be able to walk you through what to do if you call. You shouldn't need to purchase anything else if you already pre-purchased MM. Good luck!

The download is a two step process. First you have to click "download" next to selected shots, or "download all". This will just prepare the files for download and place them in another tab (I think it's "my downloads") now go to that tab and choose "download now" or something to that effect (sorry, mine are expired, so I can't play around thoroughly on the site). In my case, the site broke down my 400 photos into about 12 compressed files, so there were 12 things I had to download to my computer. From there, you can edit on your own computer, print at home, or upload to a photo processing site.

If you've already done this and at having technical problems, definitely call MM tech support.i have heard good reviews about them being very helpful and giving extensions (free) if someone needed it to complete the process.

I have issues too. It says preparing for download forever. The download button never activates. I have refreshed the pages (b/c it says to do that) many times. Grrrrr!
