I've been trying to purchase Memory Maker and keep getting a message that they are unable to complete the order online and I should try again later or call. This reservation is booked through DVC with rented points, but according to David's, I should be able to purchase MM through MDE.
I called tonight and the CM who took the call said I would have to call DVC to have them help me, but that doesn't seem right since MM is not really related to my resort reservation. I was trying again online and the chat option popped up so I asked in online chat. The CM suggested I try a different browser, but that didn't work either.
Has anyone else had these problems?

For as profitable a company Disney is, you'd think giving them money would be easier than this.
