Memory Maker Credit

This may be the wrong place to post this, but I was wondering if anyone else had gone through a similar experience. Back in September, we had to cancel our trip hours away from leaving due to Hurricane Irma. While I got a full refund on my trip, I did not get back my money for purchasing the Memory Maker. Has anyone else had to cancel a trip with a Memory Maker attached? I'm looking into booking a trip in November this year and was going to ask if it was possible to get a credit for it, but I thought I'd check with the boards to see if anyone else had any similar experiences. I didn't realize that I didn't get the money back for the memory maker until it was too late and by then I didn't have my confirmation number as proof. I'd hate to think that money is just gone, though it looks like that may be the case.

You’ll be able to use your purchased Memory Maker for your November trip. Memory Maker remains linked to your MDX account and will be available for all your photos.

Just to expand upon what @hiroMYhero said, paid Memory Maker stays on your Photopass account until you activate it by doing a download. So if you did a trip and decided your pictures weren't worth it, then the entitlement would remain on the account until you did another trip and then activated it be doing a download. If for some reason you did download a picture, then the timer on Memory Maker starts.

If you look on the web site under the “My reservations and tickets” way down at the bottom (and I mean at the bottom of you have lots of stuff, you have to scroll a ways), you should see your Memory Maker sitting there waiting for you to use on a future trip.
