Memory Maker -- Can They Find...

Our picture from Splash Mountain was supposed to be linked to our Memory Maker (stood in line and scanned my band) but it isn't showing up. If I fill out a help request can they find it since it isn't a Photopass/Character picture?

I would think they would be able to find it as long as you have the approximate time. Hope they find it for you.

I would call them. Last year, we had several pictures missing. The CM spent about an hour with me searching for them, and was able to find all but the Jedi Training pictures (apparently something was wrong with the photographers camera because there were only 5 total pictures from the entire show my DS was in). If you know the day, approximate time, and what you were wearing it makes it much easier.
