Memory maker and MVMCP tickets linked to wrong account?!?!?!

How do I fix this? I guess I have two MDE accounts one with my full email which I always use and one identical to my other just without the @XXXX.com that I didn't realize I even have. I didn't realize I added my memory maker and MVMCP tickets to the account I never use. My bands aren't linked to the second account so how can I access these? We leave on Wednesday so I need to figure this out ASAP!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!! TIA!!!

It could probably be done by Guest Services (not necessarily at the resort) but, personally, I would want to know it was done before I lft so I wasn't wasting my vacation time on it. In all honesty, the MVMCP tickets being linked to the wrong account actually isn't an issue as you can use the hard tickets for that. But the Memory Maker needs to be on the right account, in order to allow you to have all your photos autmoatically added with your MagicBands and make sure you can download them.

I, too, have multiple accounts, and my husband ended up on the wrong one for a trip. It took IT services quite a while to get him moved to the right spot. I would definitely recommend trying to get it straightened out well before you go.

You've been bit by the recent upgrade bug/glitch.
It's a PITA to call them but it's really no big deal at all. More than likely a phone call won't be necessary either but if it makes you feel better call them.
Does the account with your name have your same email address associated with it?
I have the same situation because Disney Movie Rewards wouldn't accept an email address as the user name. But when the system saw the same email address on the 2 accounts it alerted me to assign one as the main account and because of that, I didn't have any issues with the accounts when they did the upgrade a couple weeks ago.
 
I had the same issue and it took IT nearly an hour with two CM's to deal with it. They deleted all the redundant accounts, then deleted all the info attached to each account and the reinstated it all again to just one account, if that makes sense. It then worked perfectly while I was there. Just hope that it doesn't muck up again in the future.
 
I've had the same problem this week - I had five different accounts due to DVC, Photopass, Disney Store, Disney World and Disney Movies. Somehow when they "upgraded security" on my account, it linked me to an older account with out of date information. I was on the phone - two different calls and over an hour trying to get everything straightened out. I had dining reservations in multiple places, can't access my movies still, got locked out of Photopass photos. Not fun at all. I'm still missing all of my movies. They're supposed to email me back on that one, but I'm sure that I'll end up making another phone call. If they have you reset your password, make sure you test the logins on any accounts that you have before you hang up.
 
I have same sorta mess And I swear mine stems from when my hubs called about my photopass issue. I wouldn't be surprised if I have another mess now.
