Memory maker and magicbands

Does a magicband come with the memory maker if we are staying offsite?

I think you would just get the card. But they are now selling magic bands in the park do you could get one to add it to probably.

No you get a memory maker card- which you can pick up at the parks, downtown Disney, at a hotel (if you stop there before going to the park) or have it mailed to you.

I would assume if you purchased a band for 15 then that would be able to linked to your MM account, but if you get the card for free, I would just use that.
