I've been thinking about buying one of these for awhile. Our mattress/box springs are good quality and not that old...but my body aches when I lay in bed, especially since I've been pregnant.

Who has one? Do you like it? Does it "sweat" in the summertime? Do you have a thinner (2") or a thicker (4 or 5") topper?

Where did you buy yours? I've been looking at Overstock.com, but any recommendations are welcomed. Thanks! :)

I have a 2" topper that we bought at Big Lots, I believe it was around $25 for twin size.

It has made a huge difference in quality of sleep. While I'm sure it is not as great as a thicker top or the real-deal, it was just what we needed and for the price, definitely better than just the mattress!

It did not bother us at all in the summer.

We have them on all our beds (thin ones), and haven't had any negative issues. I LOVE sleeping on it. So much that if we're tent camping, we'll haul it off the bed and lay it under the sleeping bag -- it cushions from rocks and stuff.

We bought a 4" foam topper from Overstock.com 5 years ago and we love it. It's still holding up. :thumbsup2 We don't find it to be hot in the summer.

bought one through overstock.com the 4 inch one. WE love it!!! if you go to thier site there are tons of reviews!!

We bought one for our air mattress and it is wonderful, the topper makes it feel like a real bed so I am guessing it would be great for a regular mattress.

I purchased the 3-4" one from Costco a year ago. It made the biggest difference in bed. One of the best purchases that I made. I just bought a second one my bed at my parents cabin.

I have a 1 1/2" or 2" one that I LOVE. Got it years ago from Linens n Things. I also have one on a twin bed. The one on my bed goes on like a mattress pad, then you zip the foam into it. The one on the twin simply sits on top. When it sits on top. It tends to slide down the sides. So you want one with the mattress pad-like thing.

I just made this decision 2 weeks ago, best decision i have ever made...i bought mine at zellers and couldnt resist...normally 230 dollars, and was on for 120....it is a 4 inch one....i have NOT had one ache in my back since buying it...normally in the morning my back was always a little stiff...this thing is the best....my dh loves it too...i say go for it....:cool1::cool1:

I bought mine from Overstock and LOVE IT!! It's not even 4 inches, thick, only 2 or 3 inches. I placed it on my bed and put the mattress cover over it...maybe that's why it never feels hot.

My mattress is 20 years old and I have to say....I LOVE my bed...it's more comfortable than anywhere else I ever have to sleep. That foam topper is worth its weight in gold.

I also have the one from Costco. Love it!!!! We have never had a problem with getting too hot. I think the cover it comes with actually feels cool. The only issue I have is because I have a pillow top mattress and a 3-4" memory foam topper, it's difficult to find sheets that fit properly.
