We need a new bed and I'm very tempted to get one with a memory foam layer on top as they seem sooooooo comfortable in the shop. However, it's a big outlay and something that's impossible to test for a full night's sleep before we buy! A couple of minutes laying self-consciously in the middle of the shop isn't really the same, somehow
One of my main concerns is whether the foam bit would make the bed hot to sleep on, as there's be less air circulating around the normal gaps you get when you lay down (if that makes sense!).
Have any of you got/tried one of these beds, and what do you think of them?
p.s. the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on are the ones in WDW resorts, but I think that may be partly down to the fact that I end each day absolutely shattered and could probably sleep anywhere at that point
