Memory Cards for Disney

I'm curious as to the number of pictures the digital camera users take on an average on your trip. Trying to figure out if I need to get more memory cards. I've got enough for about 2,400 pictures on the high setting. So please tell me the number you normally take on average.

I think I have taken maybe 500 a day.

4 days/5 nights

I don't know b/c we haven't been with the D200 yet...(I can tell you when we get back!) We have a 1 gb and 4 gb CF, and DH may have gotten a 2 gb. We will be downloading pics every night, though. I just have a 1gb SD in the small camera, but I'm really only going to use that snorkeling, so should be fine...

I usually plan for 500/day overall with a possible peak of 1,000 in one day.

Our last trip was 3 nights, 4 days and I took 1400 photos. Bring more memory than you think you'll need as it is quite expensive on property.

Last time we took about 3,000 in 10 days. This year I have a long list of photos I want to take so I expect to get closer to 5,000. Don't tell DH!
