is there anywhere at WDW to get photos from a memory card to cd? i want to see if they have this to save me a trip to walmart in orlando. if there is what was the cost? thanks

Your title says film developing. That Disney does not do anymore but they will take your photos off your memory card. The cost is $11.99. It is cheaper offsite.

where do they do this? we will be staying at pop century. thanks

I think you can do this in each park at the place you go to look at pictures WDW photographers take of you with characters/in front of the castle etc. (Sorry, can't think of the proper name for the place. It's early here! :rotfl2: )

Be sure to check the CD before you erase your memory card. I've heard of people getting home to find no photos on the CD and they'd already erased their memory card. :earseek:

You can have this done at the camera centers in every park. You can transfer up to 120 pictures for 11.99

These locations have the Kodak picture kiosk

MK- Exposition Hall
Epcot- Image Works at the Imagination pavilion
MGM- the Darkroom
AK- Disney outfitters

There are other locations in several of the parks. Some of the resorts have them also.

In epcot at the after the Figment Imagination Ride there are kodak picture machines which cost .69 per picture. You can use your memory card there.

It might be a good idea to buy yourself another memory card. That way you will have 2 to switch out to when you fill up your first card.

Just an idea.

How long does it take to get the disc made? No prints, just to upload onto a disc to free up a memory card? Will I have to wait for this to be made or can they do it right away?

I took a 1 gig memory stick pro to the camera shop at the front of MK and they told me their behind the counter PC coudn't read it so I had to do it on the do-it-yourself kiosk and it took almost an hour to do 240 5 mp pictures. Very slow, but it worked fine. I couldn't empty my card, but I made enough room to get by.

I had my memory card duplicated onto CD at the Kodak shop near SE in Epcot in no time at all. THe clerk cleaned my lens and screen while I waited, verified that there were indeed files on the disk before I left, and was perfectly delightful. They do not, however, dump your memory card. I had to manually delete the stored shots. Luckily I was on my way to the monorail back to MK, so I had plenty of time to do so.

Last Sunday night at MK, my husband had our memory card copied to a CD. It took about 1/2 hour for around 350 pictures and it cost around $35.
