It states on the DFTW site that you can swop out the transportation for a romantic dinner. Anyone have any more info on that?

DH and I would love to do another vow renewal but completely opposite of the one we had in Nov. I am thinking this would be perfect for our 15 year wedding anniversary in 2012. I am thinking just DH and I and our 2 kids, at the beach at the Poly!!

The one thing we didn't do at our VR was a dessert party because of the timing of our event. I would love to do this so is that something we can add?

Thanks!

The swap is actually for a room-decoration package, the In-room Romantic Celebration, which Disney describes like this:

From the moment you step into your Walt Disney World® Resort room, you step into a world of romance, experiencing all the magic Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse have arranged just for you! They heard congratulations were in order, so they turned back the bed and sprinkled rose petals on the sheets and chocolates on your pillows. Cozy bath towels, specially embroidered with your names, are draped across the foot of the bed and a spa basket for two sits waiting for you. On the table nearby, a splash of Mickey-shaped confetti, a dozen pixie-dusted roses, and a custom-matted photo of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse stands to congratulate you. Then, for the final touch, three magically lit candles are scattered about to set the mood for romance - and, if you look closely, you'll find Tinker Bell spreading a little magic too! All of this is not only meant for you to enjoy - now every piece has been selected for you to take home - with love.

Regarding the dessert party, unfortunately no private events can be added to the Memories Collection package. However, you might try planning your own dessert party through Disney Catered Events the way many past DFTW couples have. For our anniversary we had a dessert party at UK Pubside, which has a max capacity of 10, by working with an event planner at our Disney resort. I wrote up the whole process here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2121903

Thanks for the info! I guess I would just stick with the transportation. I would try to book the dessert party on my own because that is something we have always wanted to do.
