Hi all! Trying to figure out timing for our wedding day and was wondering what time you woke up, how long it took you get ready, when you met your planner, etc..... the more detail the better! Thank you!

I'm trying to figure mine out too. Right now it's all going to depend on which time we get slotted.
What I'm doing (yea I know this is nuts) but I'm taking each of the times slotted for a Memories wedding & just doing a rough timeline for how I would like the day to go for each one.

My wedding isn't until June 19th but here is how my day is planned. My wedding is at 11:00 AM at the Poly. I will wake up around 5:00 AM as they will be there at 6:00 to steam my dress, they said it will need this long to dry. My hair and make-up (just myself) is coming at 6:30, they estimate 3 hours. My DF and I are at different resorts. The limo will pick him up at 10:00 AM and me at 10:30 AM. He will go down to the ceremony location before I arrive as I don't want him to see me ahead of time. I will meet the coordinator and get my bouquet when I arrive around 10:40. The ceremony and pictures/video are from 11-12. I have then booked an outside photographer for pictures afterwards. I am using Disney for the ceremony since it's included in the price. I have the additional photos from 12-2. That evening I am having a dessert party in Epcot from 8-9:30. Hope this helps some.

My ceremony was at 10. I was able to get the dressing room at 5. The hair stylist came at 630. Our photographer and video guy got there around 8. The guys all got ready in the hotel. Our wedding coordinator showed up around 9.
The ceremony was from 10 til around 1025. The reception started right after and lasted til 130. We got married at the Swan easter weekend.

We had our ceremony at 3pm at Luau Beach. We started the day off in Magic Kingdom. Back at the hotel at noon (we were staying at the Wilderness Lodge). Hair and makeup was 12:30-2:30). The limo came for us at 2:30pm. We were at the Polynesian by 2:45pm. I think it depends on how many people you have, where you are staying, and where your ceremony location will be. I have a planning journal you can read. Have fun planning!

My other consideration would be your hair... I have a ton of hair and for only my sister and I we had 2 ppl for hair and makeup working from 7am to 11am on just us.

Neither of us had very elaborate hairstyles but as they had to straighten ALL of our hair it took forever!

I have long baby fine hair. Once I get my gown, then I'm going to figure out my hair. I have no idea if I want it half up/down or completely up.
And make up, yea, definitely going to have that done. I rarely wear make up. I want pretty pictures.

We are going to have a rental that week, so if I need to go off property to get my hair & make up done, I can.
