Memolink Problem

I finally have over 3000 points at Memolink, so I tried to cash out for a WebCertificate. Every time I try to cash out, I get a box that pops up saying the I have to have over 3000 points to claim a prize. I sent an email to customer service on Sunday, but haven't gotten a response yet.

Anyone else having a problem?
