Memolink Prize Fulfillment?

Hi,

My last fulfillment took over six months last year. What's the latest on wait times from any other Memolink users? Thanks. I appreciate the responses.

I cahed out for $15 WalMart 5/18, still waiting also 2 later prizes have not been filled. No responses to emails either. I'm not holding my breath.

I've also been waiting for prizes since July. I now have accumulated 3 $10 prizes. I still have yet to receive any. They just upgraded me to to Memogold. I heard that once they do that you get your prizes in a more timely manner. I won't hold my breathe. Good luck to us all.

I recently wrote to them, and here's the response I got last week:

Your Request:
I redeemed my points for a $25 WalMart giftcard on 09/09/2003, and I still haven't received it yet. I was just wondering how long it might take to get this card. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Susan B....

Memolink's response:
Dear Susan:

Thank you for your e-mail. You will no longer see the date that the prize is filled, but instead will see the date that your prize was mailed to you. Processing for prizes currently takes around 12-16 weeks and when you prize is shipped, you will see the date in your Account History as well as receive an e-mail informing you that it is being shipped on that date. Thank you for your patience and have a nice week!

It amazes me the line of bull Memolink is allowed to hand everyone. If prize fufillment is taking 12-16 weeks then my $15 webbie that was ordered on 7/28 should have been sent already. Yet the status still says "not filled yet".

Years ago when I first started doing Memolink you would get rewards real quick. They (Memolink) have certainly gone way downhill.

Memolink just replied to my email about cashuts in May and June. Response was that they would upgrade me to memogold and returned the points to my account so I could reorder prize.
Hope that means they intend to fill new orders, but I suspect its just a way they can delay payment.

Yes that is just what they did to me, and I reordered a Target $25 Gift Certificate on Tue, 7/1/03 - not shipped yet
but the Wal*Mart $15 Gift Certificate ordered on Sun, 9/7/03
was sent Mon, 10/13/03.
Who can figure it out............
